Brits Abroad

A recent article on the BBC website suggests that british players tend to fail when they play overseas and that there a few exeptions to this rule. There are several things wrong with Phil Minshull's Blog one of the most notable being the focus on players who had success in England, another is the focus on only the major European leagues. Most people think that there only a few Brits playing abroad, the reality is however that there is a quite a substantial amount. Though they have all not reached the heights of European football they do disprove the notion that British footballers can't play overseas. To illustrate this point I have created a list of current "brits abroad":
